Enigmatic Dutch duo Donna Blue have released ‘Aphrodite’, a fantastic new insight into their forthcoming album. The track has a unique vibe to it, with a rigid, almost tense rhythmic arrangement at its core, and chic, psychedelic wrapping paper coming from bright, twanging guitars and distinctive, conversational vocal delivery. They describe the accompanying black and white video as “a shimmering little take of trust and strength, and the joining of hands,” as the two members of the band star in a surreal, sci-fi odyssey.
